JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership and Strategy:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying and implementing innovative recruitment methods and technologies
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique talent requirements and provide expert guidance
2. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Conduct effective interviews and assessments, utilizing data-driven approaches to select the best candidates
  • Negotiate competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, building strong relationships with potential hires
3. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve recruitment targets and uphold recruitment standards
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, establish KPIs, and monitor metrics to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment trends
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and educational institutions to support recruitment efforts and access diverse talent pools
5. Data and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the talent acquisition process
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions about sourcing strategies, interview methods, and offer structures
  • Report on recruitment performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
6. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Stay abreast of diversity and inclusion best practices and implement them within the recruitment process
JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Min 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of experience in a senior talent acquisition role
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing recruitment teams
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Proficient in recruitment software and technologies
