Job description
In your new role you will:
- Manage, control and measure maintenance cost effectively
- Formulate total funding for future plans or strategies that maintenance needs for developing and delivering proper support for production
- Accountable for buyoff newly equipment and perforation after buyoff. Monitor and analyze equipment performance and capability
- Establish Proactive Maintenance methods to extend equipment life:develop specifications, age exploration, reliability engineering
- Execution focused through systematic approach problem solving and decision making
- Lead in Continuous Improvements Projects, and Projects involving CAPEX
- Spare part management, to ensure spare part availability to avoid maintenance shortfalls that might impact production operation
- Competency development, invests time in people development for optimum performance, creating high performing teams
- People leading and management, actively engages across organization
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 10 years\' experience in Semiconductor Engineering
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals
