The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead regional marketing, branding, and PR for Intrepid Group across all six major South-East Asian markets. You will be working closely across our internal departments and communicating what makes us unique to relevant stakeholders including prospective clients, platforms, and employees to drive growth. You will be responsible for crafting and driving our group marketing strategy across online and offline touchpoints, driving synergy in the way we work across departments, and optimizing strategy and performance.
You will also be responsible for spearheading our thought leadership efforts, working closely with our management teams to develop white papers and case studies to showcase our industry expertise and success stories and illustrate how we can support clients in seizing the full potential of e-commerce. Your responsibilities will include:
Spearhead regional marketing activities for Intrepid Group\xe2\x80\x99s key service lines including the e-commerce, digital marketing, advisory, SaaS, and analytics businesses through management account-based marketing, lead generation, e-mail marketing, advertising, content marketing, and events
Translate objectives and target audiences into a comprehensive annual branding & marketing strategy and plan
Facilitate cross-functional and cross-company collaboration across different stakeholders, business units, and countries to plan relevant marketing activities
Responsible for the execution of annual marketing programs within the given timeline and budget
Support the development of thought leadership and the creation of white papers and case studies in collaboration with internal industry experts. Leverage internal e-mail marketing database to maximize thought leadership distribution
Manage Google SEM budget to ensure website findability
Manage speaking opportunities across industry events. Tasks include a selection of relevant events to participate in, budget projection and management, KPI setting, liaising with external vendors and partners, and event post-mortem
Plan and manage content across various customer-facing digital touchpoints (e.g. LinkedIn, company website)
Track progress of spend vs budget, the annual marketing calendar, strategies, etc., and provide a monthly report to the management team
Who we look for \xe2\x80\x93 the ideal profile:
Minimum 7 years in a managerial role in marketing experience across multiple South-East Asian markets
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, digital media or business management, Masters preferred
Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing CRM platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and related platforms would be an added advantage
Self-starter, fast learner, and able to work under pressure and short deadline
