s: Lead Position in Mechanical & Electrical Team Project Feasibility Study, Planning & Design Proposal Project Budgetary & Cost Estimate Develop Design Drawing, Tender Drawing and Tender Document Project Management & Implementation Liaison with Authorities 1. To coordinate with end user for technical support on the building services requirement. 2. To check, coordinate and finalize for tender drawing, Schedule of Price, Schedule of Technical Data, Specification and etc for electrical and mechanical services provided by external consultant. 3. To provide design, tender drawings and schedule of price for building services without external consultant. 4. To check, coordinate and finalize the tender documents and drawings for building services with external consultant. 5. To evaluate and recommend for building services contract. 6. To provide cost estimate/ budgetary for building services without external consultant. 7. To provide value engineering and design optimizing for building services. 8. To source contractor to participate for tender bidding. 9. To attend the projects for building services technical matters, works implementation and variation orders. 10. To attend site implementation and inspection for QA/ QC. 11. Site inspection before and after works together with NCR (Non-Compliance Reports) 12. To check and push for site progress to achieve construction program in order project to be handed over on time. 13. To attend site evaluation for interim claims and variation orders entitlement. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical or accredited equivalent. At least 12 years of working experience in Property Development/ Construction Company or in M&E Consulting Firm. Preferably registered Professional Engineer (PE) with local board or approved equivalent. Knowledge to handle M&E Coordination. AutoCAD knowledge is a MUST (knowledge of Revit Software will be added advantage). Hardworking, willing to do field work & able to work independently with minimum supervision. * Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
