Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics initiatives to improve seller fulfillment efficiency and seller/buyer logistics experience on Lazada platform.Define and drive the initiatives End to End, including alignment of objectives with management and internal teams, PMO, creation of SOP, monitoring of KPIs
• Define parcel handover strategy between sellers and 3PL (pick-up accuracy and frequency)
• Implement framework and tech enhancements in the first mile to improve seller fulfilment speed and consistency
• Develop alternative shipping options to offer flexibility to sellers (SOF, Store pickup, Postal)
• Perform weekly & monthly analysis on marketplace logistics data to identify performance trends and to develop initiatives for continuous improvement with cross-funtional teamsHandle Marketplace Logistics Operations
• Responsible for Marketplace first mile operational efficiency
• Planning and execution of campaigns
• Monitor performances of the operations on a daily basis
• Ensure an effective system/process is in place to guide operationsSeller education on logistics and operational excellence

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Economics
• Proven experience in project management and high tolerance to ambiguity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to efficiently navigate and grasp cross operations topics
• Good with numbers and data analytics. Proficient in MS-Excel application
• Highly energetic, independent & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• 4/5 years of relevant work experience in marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain or first/last-mile delivery preferably in a project management or operational role
• Good knowledge and understanding of logistics industry and practices, working experience in a well-established e-commerce company, 3PL or manufacturing company is a plus
• Dual language proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives to meet deadlines
