Job Description

:

• Manage overall NPL and Write Off recovery collection performance and activity to ensure minimization of impairment loss provision as provided in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s monthly, quarterly, and yearly loss provision budget.
• Manage and supervise repossession unit staff in terms of operational daily activities, performance and administration, and daily and monthly reporting of repossession, re-sell, and insurance.
• Managing External Collection Agency (ECA) & Repossessor in terms of performance, site visit, renewal agreement & insurance policy, and audit activity.
• To ensure Department fully complies with BNM, regulatory body\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines, and Company standard operation procedure.
• Ensure the resolution of customer complaints within the company\xe2\x80\x99s stipulated timeline.
• Leads and/or facilitates projects or operation improvement teams.
• Asses staff collection knowledge, operation knowledge, and regulatory body\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines awareness level and recommend staff skill development program whenever it is required.
• Perform monthly review of staff incentives to ensure the quantum of rewards is parallel with the achievement of collection target.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of working experience (with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial role) and exposure to credit processing, credit restructuring, credit recovery/collection of consumer/ commercial loans, and financing.
• Preferably candidate with a background in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Conversant with report preparation and excellent analytical and writing skill in formulating and recommending proposals.
• Strong time management and people management skills.
• Successful candidates will be based at Subang Jaya office.
