Roles & Responsibilities Process management leading the development, design, documentation and maintenance of methodologies, processes and procedures within the team to ensure standardisation. Implement quality control for artefacts, such as independent validation checks on submissions received where required Stakeholder management point of contact for Obsolescence Champions from Line of Business/Functions/Regions to go drive down obsolescence for the Bank Metrics & reporting enable centralised focus on our reporting, ensuring consistency and quality of our messaging, managing reporting commitments and making available the timely and accurate provision of information to the relevant teams Supporting the tooling requirements of the team, ensuring effective utilisation Closely track regulatory timelines and commitments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Ensure appropriate oversight and facilitate resolution of high impact risk and issues, with regular reporting to management and key stakeholders as required Manage the Technology Refresh Council meetings and materials Manages extended support contracts and procurement for certain products. Key stakeholders Head, Tech Refresh Head, Obsolescence Governance West Technology Strategy & Architecture teams Information & Cyber Security teams Respective Businesses/Functions/Regions Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications Training, licenses, memberships and certifications Degree in Technology, Business Administration or Management. Experience in Cyber & Information Security in Banking and Financial services preferably combined with experience in top tier consulting firm. Strong knowledge of business management, resource planning, process management and optimisation and performance measurement. Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT, ServiceNow, ADO and Word. One or more of the following certifications will be preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL Foundation/Expert COBIT ServiceNow/ADO Proven track record of working as a facilitator between Technology and Business Knowledge of process and design principles relevant to cyber, technology, data & privacy, resilience. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams. Customer focus, able to quickly build relationships and break down requirements to simplistic actions. Strong analytical skills and ability to gather competitive intel, prioritise, summarise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes and changing environment. Ability to solve complex problems with high number of stakeholders and conflicting interests. Ability to both assess strategic priorities and to focus on detailed aspects of a function in order to drive effective delivery. Strong integrity, independence and resilience.
