Metrics & reporting; enable centralised focus on our reporting, ensuring consistency and quality of our messaging, managing reporting commitments and making available the timely and accurate provision of information to the relevant teams
Supporting the tooling requirements of the team, ensuring effective utilisation
Closely track regulatory timelines and commitments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Ensure appropriate oversight and facilitate resolution of high impact risk and issues, with regular reporting to management and key stakeholders as required
Manage the Technology Refresh Council meetings and materials

Qualifications
Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
Degree in Technology, Business Administration or Management.
Experience in Cyber & Information Security in Banking and Financial services preferably combined with experience in top tier consulting firm.
Strong knowledge of business management, resource planning, process management and optimisation and performance measurement.
Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT, ServiceNow, ADO and Word.
One or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ITIL Foundation/Expert
COBIT
ServiceNow/ADO
Proven track record of working as a facilitator between Technology and Business
Knowledge of process and design principles relevant to cyber, technology, data & privacy, resilience.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams.
