Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People Change Management to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across diverse industries. This role partners with client leadership to design and deliver change strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment across complex organisational environments.
Change Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide change strategies to support business transformation and organisational effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess change impact, readiness, and key levers for successful adoption.
  • Provide strategic counsel on workforce engagement, leadership alignment, and culture-shaping interventions.
Project Delivery & Client Impact
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Organisational Development (OD) and Change Management workstreams, from planning and design to execution and evaluation.
  • Ensure all initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and a positive client experience.
  • Oversee project teams and coach consultants to ensure consistent quality, methodology, and impact.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that foster understanding, commitment, and ownership across all stakeholder levels.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to co-create change solutions.
Capability Building & Methodology
  • Drive continuous improvement of change frameworks, tools, and approaches.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and the development of new service offerings in the People Consulting practice.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, or HR Transformation, preferably within consulting or large-scale organisations.
  • Proven track record leading complex change programs across multiple geographies or business units.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and experience embedding them in client engagements.
  • Passion for people, culture, and driving meaningful business transformation.
