In your new role you will: Definition, development, set-up and continuous improvement of CAL, MSA and EQ to set direction for new mindset and drive change e.g. support of OneSAP roll-out driving harmonization to support process community Key enabler is a strong and efficient stakeholder management Responsible for the sustaining IFX QM CAL, MSA, EQ and respective tools regular steering meetings with all relevant stakeholder across organisations manage impact of internal and external influence Reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI Build up cross functional team- and project set ups Lead focus teams (up to 5 people) to drive continuous process improvements for CAL, MSA and EQ Technical/thought leadership in implementing necessary measures Regular reviews and audits in IFX organization Training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts, potential sub-process owners and process leaders defining training curriculum for CAL, MSA, EQ provide training material for CAL, MSA, EQ Personal Management: Respect and manage intercultural differences Foster trust between DIV, OP and regions through open and transparent communication identify and built-up required competency level Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) Preferred with minimum of 5 years of quality experience in semiconductor manufacturing with good package manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic knowhow, with strong understanding of quality principles. Knowledge of IATF 5 core tools: SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and APQP Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and Quality system knowhow. Familiar and experienced in quality engineering and quality process control, knowledge of automotive requirement Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fitting to IFX high performance model Ability to collaborate, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and ensure quality compliance with departmental quality big picture.
