Job Description
In your new role you will: Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises, complex support, production or operations team(s) Accountable for the performance, results and budget of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees within own discipline or function Exercises limited management authority sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan receives guidance from senior management Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Physic or equivalent Preferably 8 years working experience, knowledge and quality systematic knowhow in semiconductor industry with minimum 3 years in manager position.
