The Sputter Maintenance Senior Manager must have a strong background and experience in managing a high-volume production equipment maintenance team. The position will oversee the daily line maintenance team that supports the media sputtering process. Responsibilities will be focused on conforming to established equipment maintenance procedures and ensuring the stable, predictable performance of the sputtering tools. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and implement strategies to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
The Sputter Maintenance Snr Mgr must work closely with the sputter equipment and sputter process teams to ensure that the product performance metrics are met. Deploying new equipment technologies, providing resources to support the design and transfer of new products, optimizing preventative maintenance frequencies and procedures, managing equipment uptime and availability metrics,
and sustaining consistent tool performance are key responsibilities. The role will report to the Sputter Equipment Engineering Director.
