We are currently looking for experienced Senior Manager, Technical Packing SEAT (Southeast Asia & Taiwan) to join our Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing Site based in Ulu Kelang (Ampang). This role will mainly be responsible for the collaboration with the Supply Chain innovation leadership team and artwork supervision team to ensure the end to end process lead times are achieved across all sites for Packaging Design. You will also identify opportunities to harmonize the packaging to simplify portfolio production and improve the cost of goods. Other Key Responsibilities: Participate in the innovation meetings with each area category lead, raise and help resolve key issues Track and control artwork ratios by area Lead the Artwork team with training, guidance, resources and help identify areas of improvement, focused on improving area artwork key performance indicators Support the supply chain packaging development function with end to end thinking through artwork Identify areas of issues and delays in artwork management and put corrective measures in place to reduce lead times Define the 'perfect briefing' leveraging best practice across the business and embed right first-time approach Reduce artwork lead time to exceed pack artwork shared service standards Enable complexity reduction through harmonization Achieve artwork key performance indicators as defined by global packaging team Why you We look for people who appreciate the importance of safety and quality and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices.
