Be the bridge between Transport Operations and TMS and work with TMS RO team and Warehouse team to enable the deployment of TMS to the Malaysia business
Represent the operational business\xe2\x80\x99s interests during the pre-implementation phase through to post implementation phases of TMS
Work with DHL customers to understand customer requirements and incorporate these into the TMS standard offering or customization if needed
Manages the design, configuration, testing, implementation and on-going maintenance of all systematic specialty logistics workflows
Quantifies and qualifies new enhancements including scope & schedule
Ensures all configurations meet business requirements and are in scope of the long term business and technical road map of the application
Addresses issues and implement corrective actions for existing systematic behavior
Trains and mentors operations resources on the system
Recommends changes in the organization\xe2\x80\x99s use of the applications
To work closely with internal stakeholders (BD, Sector heads and Transport Solution Design) in getting the new customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement up and running within the requirement timeline
Ability to track and record all the change request and improvement done
Responsible in validating the cost that is being charged to DSC MY based on the complexity of the development and the man hour requirement
Requirements
Proven track record in managing the TMS system and deployment processes and people at multiple levels for minimum of 7 years
Proven track record in delivering TMS related projects
Subject matter expertise in both the business and technology for transport management system
