Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between Transport Operations and TMS and work with TMS RO team and Warehouse team to enable the deployment of TMS to the Malaysia business
• Represent the operational business\xe2\x80\x99s interests during the pre-implementation phase through to post implementation phases of TMS
• Work with DHL customers to understand customer requirements and incorporate these into the TMS standard offering or customization if needed
• Manages the design, configuration, testing, implementation and on-going maintenance of all systematic specialty logistics workflows
• Quantifies and qualifies new enhancements including scope & schedule
• Ensures all configurations meet business requirements and are in scope of the long term business and technical road map of the application
• Addresses issues and implement corrective actions for existing systematic behavior
• Trains and mentors operations resources on the system
• Recommends changes in the organization\xe2\x80\x99s use of the applications
• To work closely with internal stakeholders (BD, Sector heads and Transport Solution Design) in getting the new customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement up and running within the requirement timeline
• Ability to track and record all the change request and improvement done
• Responsible in validating the cost that is being charged to DSC MY based on the complexity of the development and the man hour requirement

• Proven track record in managing the TMS system and deployment processes and people at multiple levels for minimum of 7 years
• Proven track record in delivering TMS related projects
• Subject matter expertise in both the business and technology for transport management system
• Experience in Supply Chain Industry is a plus
