Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive online and offline campaigns, including advertising and communication initiatives (across social media, television, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events. - Identify new opportunities for market expansion and growth, both domestically and internationally, and contribute to the development of market entry plans. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess emerging trends, enhance brand awareness, and evaluate competitive landscapes. - Initiate and oversee surveys aimed at understanding customer preferences and loyalty. - Develop and nurture partnerships with key industry influencers, associations, and organizations to expand the brand\'s reach and credibility. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, media vendors, publishers, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration in promotional endeavors. - Utilize diverse metrics to monitor the progress of campaigns and deliver performance reports. - Collaborate closely with managers to develop budgets and meticulously track expenses. - Engage in seamless communication with internal and outsourced teams and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. - Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team.
