Responsibilities
Responsible to collaborate with tenants, media and public for marketing activities.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of annual Event calendar/budget, and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
Plan and manage the event schedules and exhibitors
Liaise with event organisers and government agencies as well as to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants and exhibitors.
Development of key marketing messages, content and creative works for the mall\'s events and campaigns.
Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance customer experience through the mall\'s activities to drive traffic and increase tenants\' sales.
Updating and maintaining mall online & offline activities, as well as the mall\'s website and social media platform.
To contribute ideas for advertising and promotions plan via brainstorming and creative thinking.
Conduct market surveys to keep track of marketing trend and pricing.
Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as upcoming, campaigns, contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
Possesses strong credentials in various advertising mediums with established relationship network with ad agencies and media owners.
Assemble and communicate with a strong, diverse coalition of organizations or public figures, securing their cooperation, support and action, to further campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
Involve in on-ground event/activities to ensure well-execution.
Undertake any other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.
