Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and execute marketing plan to enhance brand awareness, increase traffic and maximize top line sales. Responsible for the development and deployment of engaging, high-quality content that increase user engagement and traffic across various channels. Coordinate and prepare bulletins for monthly promotions or brief for campaigns to all stores and relevant departments; ensure consistency across all consumer touch points in terms of POSM/marketing collaterals. Managing assigned social media platform, engaging key influencers for collaboration and sponsorship and track performance. Coordination of Event ground activities. Liaise with graphic designer and to provide content / key message highlights to develop effective communication visuals. Ensure all marketing communication and collaterals are executed on a timely manner as per brand guideline. Liaise and follow up with suppliers on any production of POS material and marketing collaterals. Prepare marketing reports to brand principles including, but not limited to post event / campaign, competitors' information, and metrics. Manage and tracks marketing expenses; responsible to submit documents related to payments in a timely manner. Ensure to follow standard operating procedures requirements, constantly providing feedback and suggestions to ensure operational excellence. Execute administration tasks or other projects as assigned by HOD from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A Marketing Tertiary or above and with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the marketing field.

Experience in retail with multi-brands store will be an advantage.

Strong verbal and written English as well as Bahasa. Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage. Strong creative skills and grasp of visual aesthetics. A multitasker with strong organizational ability and good follow-ups. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. A team player, positive, energetic, high level of attention to detail and communicate well with all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Simple graphic/video creation skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
