Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Plan, manage, and grow the dealership's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu if relevant). Create monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, showroom events, and seasonal campaigns. Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

2. Content Creation & Creative Development

Produce compelling content: product posts, videos, reels, customer testimonial videos, handover posts, lifestyle content. Conduct regular photoshoots and short-form video shoots for new units, test drives, showroom highlights, and events. Work with designers or agencies for high-quality visual assets and marketing materials.

3. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, TikTok Ads). Optimize ads for test-drive bookings, showroom traffic, and lead conversion. Track CPL, lead quality, and conversion funnel performance using CRM or lead management tools.

4. Showroom & Retail Marketing

Develop retail-focused campaigns and promotions that increase walk-ins and test-drive bookings. Execute showroom activities: new model launches, weekend events, festive promos, media visits. Support sales teams with up-to-date marketing materials, brochures, and product content.

5. Events, Roadshows & Local Area Marketing

Plan and coordinate roadshows, mall events, corporate test-drive programmes, and partnership activities. Collaborate with malls, corporate offices, lifestyle brands, and EV charging partners for cross-promotions. Conduct competitive research to track other dealers' activities.

6. Customer Engagement & CRM Support

Manage customer communications for campaigns, promotions, and retention initiatives. Support handover experience content (handover photos, videos, social posting templates). Assist in owner community events and aftersales promotions.

7. Brand Compliance & Coordination with HQ

Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines from distributor/regional HQ. Coordinate with HQ for approvals, creative assets, and campaign direction.

8. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly performance reports covering:

9. Budget & Vendor Coordination

Manage marketing budget efficiently and negotiate with vendors. Oversee creative agencies, videographers, photographers, and event partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
