The Senior Marketing Executive at NovaLearn will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive student enrolments, and support overall business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of managing campaigns, content, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing and implementing annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with NovaLearn's goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
Identify innovative marketing opportunities to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
3. Digital Marketing & Content
Manage NovaLearn's social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement monitoring.
Develop and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with performance tracking.
Create or oversee high-quality content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
4. Branding & Communications
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Support PR initiatives, media engagement, and internal communications as needed.
Assist in creating corporate presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or education-related sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
Proven experience in campaign management, content creation, and brand development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing software is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
Basic video editing or visual content creation skills.
Experience in managing external vendors or agencies.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
