You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth especially, in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase market value.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Plan, organize, and execute B2B events, seminars, webinars, and workshops to showcase our products, services, and thought leadership in the industry.
• Create engaging content for social media and develop content marketing strategy on LinkedIn to attract B2B audiences and generate leads.
• Creating marketing contents and copywriting for events, blogs, articles, and other marketing collateral for the company.
• Drive lead generation efforts through various channels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize marketing performance.
• Updating and upkeeping the CRM Databases, website, Social Media, and more.
• Liaise with suppliers & vendors for POSM printing, event management, and production houses.
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• To assist in other marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business/Media/Advertising/Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required skill(s): Marketing and Microsoft Office
• Additional skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the water heater and filter industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content.
• Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.
• Able to communicate in English is a must.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be team oriented.
