Responsibilities
Creative, plan & brainstorm for marketing proposal / ideas / suitable marketing strategies to enhance corporate branding, bonding between agents, customer service, etc.
Devise and execute the strategic offline & online marketing activities and campaigns that help to increase/enhance the brand and reputation in digital platform including Website, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and etc.
Plan, create, post and manage content for the Company\'s social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and etc).
Execute marketing activities online/offline including day-to-day operation, checking social media comment daily, monitor the Company\'s social media performance usage reports and tracking search engine results.
Monitor competitor activities and research around the different ideas, campaigns, marketing channels & marketing strategies.
A hands-on person and problem solver with strong project management and organizing skills.
Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing all projects/events such as annual dinner and other related activities independently or as a team.
Work with internal teams to create marketing materials and provide recommendations in optimizing user experience to improve marketing performances.
Budget management and cost comparison for e-commerce, social media assets, online and offline marketing activities.
Make sure all event/activities/ program/ expo well planned, organised and execute within time frame set
Managing the production of marketing materials, including flyers, poster, banner, bunting etc and liaise with Designer to assist in writing and proofreading copy, and make sure all information is correct.
Organize Graphic Designer work flow such as flyer, poster, banner, bunting etc according to priority
Liaise with videographer, photographer and other third parties for the event organisation or posting on social media.
