Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES-Assist Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing strategies and planning aligned with key objectives.
-Coordinate, communicate and execute marketing projects.
-Assist in marketing material production process from creative design, printing to delivery / installation.
-Assist in liaising with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns
-Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and assist in preparing campaign reports.
-Assist in expediting recovery and problem resolution within the project scope.
-Assist in monitoring and executing projects timely, accurately, efficiently and within the budget allocated.
-Assist in preparing campaign reports with data-based analytics tools.
-Ensure the quality of marketing collaterals that is in accordance with approved tender specifications.
-Ensure all marketing\xe2\x80\x99s project carried out are based on approved policies and stipulated guidelines.
-Any duties assigned by Marketing Manager from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATION \xe2\x80\x93 POSITIONATTAINMENT-Minimum
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent
-Experience in hospitality industry with digital marketing, social media and content marketing is an added advantage.
-Good proficiency in written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage)
-Team player, self-motivated, critical thinker, problem-solving skills and result driven person;
-EXPERIENCE-At least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of working experience in Marketing field (any industries)ABILITIES-Familiar with media buy
-Familiar with basic functions ofMicrosoft Office applications
