Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to co-develop strategic marketing plans that align with revenue targets, key account strategies, and regional growth objectives.
Turn sales priorities into localized, actionable campaigns/events for target segments (e.g., electronics manufacturing, telco, education).
Drive lead-generation campaigns - events, new product launches, ABM, and partner co-marketing to grow pipeline and engagement.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and webinars on time and within budget, meeting objectives and ROI.
Liaise with vendors (event organizers, booth contractors, designers, printers) and internal teams (sales, product, technical) for seamless delivery.
Work with the digital marketing teammate to amplify campaigns via email, social, and website.
Track and monitor results using the lead management process and submit reports to management.
Conduct post-event evaluations to capture learnings and improve future activities.
Branding
Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline materials.
Assist in the creation and localization of branded assets: brochures, banners, video content, presentation decks, and corporate profiles.
Support the development and refinement of corporate branding guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) to deliver brand-aligned outputs.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
5+ years B2B marketing, ideally in tech/industrial (test & measurement / industrial automation).
Able to plan marketing with business goals in mind and turn plans into actions.
Strong in lead management, brand building, 360 marketing, and creative execution.
Hands-on running end-to-end campaigns: plan, execute, track and report.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) for content and design.
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint for budget, analysis, and reporting.
Regional exposure (Singapore & Philippines) and account-based marketing experience are added advantage.
