Content creation:
Producing engaging and effective marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, website content, and email campaigns, in both Mandarin and English.
Market research:
Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and using this information to refine strategies.
Brand building and management:
Helping to build and maintain brand awareness and loyalty, particularly among Chinese-speaking customers.
Analytics and reporting:
Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Relationship management:
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Marketing knowledge and experience:
