Job Description

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the property marketing field. Willingness to travel. Strong communication and execution skills.

A remuneration package and position title will be offered based on the skill and experience in similar fields.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

- Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution of enquiries and feedback.

Event Planning & Execution

- Plan and coordinate project launches, customer events, and promotional activities to enhance brand image and customer engagement.

Customer Feedback & Reporting

- Collect and analyze customer feedback, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions to management for service enhancement.

Media Relations

- Coordinate with media outlets and agencies for press releases, media coverage, and advertisement placements to promote the company's projects.

Showroom & Site Visits

- Conduct regular visits to showrooms and sites to ensure presentation quality and gather customer insights for improvement.

Interdepartmental Coordination

- Collaborate with sales, project, and design teams to align marketing activities with project timelines and company objectives.

Identify Market Opportunities

- Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.

Community Outreach

- Support or organize CSR and community engagement programs to strengthen corporate image and maintain good relationships with the surrounding community.

Ad-Hoc Task Management

- Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
