JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop marketing strategies and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales.
Facilitate Corporate, Insurance and GP programmes.
Responsible for managing and meeting marketing expense budgets.
Responsible for achieving the set target for the department; support other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hospital.
Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management's direction, marketing strategy and implementation.
Oversee prompt responses to WhatsApp enquiries for hospital services
Implement and monitor chatbot to manage customer enquiries to ensure optimal conversion rate
Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
Organise 'feeder' workshops such as Antenatal classes for community engagement and lead generation
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess excellence leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members.
Excellence interpersonal skill and communication skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Must have at least 2 years working experience in marketing or business development.
