Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for healthcare services, programs, and initiatives Oversee brand management, patient outreach campaigns, and community engagement efforts Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing Collaborate with clinical, communications, and business development teams to align marketing goals with organizational objectives Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts. Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand's positioning. Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency. Develop marketing strategies and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities for Rehab Centre. Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management's direction, marketing strategy and implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in healthcare Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and lead cross-functional teams Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands-on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
