Track and analyze social media & website performance to continuously optimize campaigns.
Lead a small marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Collaborate with operations to support promotions, product launches, and special events.
Keep up with social media trends, platform rules, and algorithm secrets to maximize reach.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of marketing or social media experience (F&B industry experience is a plus).
Experience managing an independent website / e-commerce store.
Skilled in content creation, video editing, and copywriting.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & CapCut.
Experienced in leading a small team.
Creative, proactive, and able to spot trends to grow our brand online.
Proficiency in
Mandarin
is preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
