As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will help shape impactful brand moments across multiple channels, from in-store activations to digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage communities. Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, and community channels.
Coordinate marketing activities between internal teams (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Wholesale) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts.
Execute local marketing initiatives including grassroots and community events, athlete or ambassador activations, and in-store campaigns.
Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.
Liaise with partners, malls, media, and community groups to support marketing activations and collaborations.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand's positioning.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.* Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion lifestyle or retail industry.* Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands-on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels.
Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data to draw simple insights and support campaign reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in and familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the jewellery lifestyle and fashion space.
