Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join the

Snacks for You team. This role blends digital marketing leadership with project coordination support, driving brand awareness through content creation, campaign execution, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital marketing, social-media savvy, and able to take ownership of campaigns while supporting business expansion projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute social media strategies across

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and RedNote (Xiao Hong Shu)

to increase brand engagement and followers. Plan and produce creative short-form videos and visuals for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Work with KOLs, influencers, and agencies to deliver effective online campaigns. Oversee digital advertising performance, analyze results, and prepare marketing reports. Support marketing events, branch openings, and product rollout activities. Maintain consistent brand identity in all marketing materials featuring "Snacky Bear"*.
Research market trends and competitor activities to develop fresh campaign ideas. To perform other job related responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree

in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management (F&B/Retail industry preferred). Proficient in

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, RedNote

(posting, analytics, ad boosting). Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or other design/video tools.

Willing to travel occasionally

for events or content creation. Passionate about snacks, lifestyle branding, and creative marketing. Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
