The Senior Marketing Executive will collaborate with various teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive substantial customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase the company's properties and projects.
• Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Leadership: Lead the creation and management of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, such as property showcases and open houses, to effectively promote the client's properties.
• Partner Relationships: Establish and manage strong relationships with external marketing partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's online presence.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales and project management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and results.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
• Masterful problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Knowledge of marketing regulations and standards.
