Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage website content to ensure that all visuals, product information, and campaign updates are accurate, current, and aligned with the company's brand and marketing strategy. Lead content creation and planning across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including visuals, videos, and captions. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Track analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations. Coordinate and provide support for offline marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with current product launches, promotional activities, and overarching design concepts. Manage photography and videography projects, including editing and publishing content across various digital platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor and be evolving digital tools relevant to the interior design and furniture industry. Handle basic graphic design tasks using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing or content creation (experience in interior design or furniture industry is advantageous). Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in photography, video editing, social media management, and basic design software. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress) is preferred. Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel to company locations or showrooms as required for work assignments.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
