The Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, support business growth, and generate qualified leads across Southeast Asia. This role involves producing engaging content, managing digital campaigns, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting both online and offline promotional activities for the training and certification business.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for creative content writing for websites, social media platforms which include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing materials for brand awareness and lead generation.
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, tactics, and strategies for the training and certification business.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns across communication platforms offline and online.
Support Event marketing, webinars, and conferences through promotional campaigns and materials
Attend to all customer's inquiries and feedback from social media communication channels.
Research market/industry/competitor/customer information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads.
Coordinate and arrange to produce marketing materials and update marketing databases.
Work closely with the business development team to execute digital marketing campaigns
Communicate and support the agents/training representatives in 8 SEA countries
Overview of the planning and coordination of annual training events for eight countries in Southeast Asia
eLearning account management
Assist in any ad-hoc task or projects assigned by the Management of the company.
Requirements of the role:
Bachelor's degree / Master in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications (experience in training or education industry is an advantage).
Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
Proficient in social media management tools, content creation, and digital marketing analytics.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,950.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
