Our client - a leading
Interior Design & Build firm
- is seeking a
Senior
Coordinator / Project Management (M&E focus)
to join their dynamic team!
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond administrative work. You'll be actively involved in
site coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless execution of M&E works
across both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing project execution and on-site coordination.
Monitor M&E progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and clients under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Support in contract preparation, risk management, and site issue resolution.
Contribute to the success of residential and commercial design & build projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E project coordination or management (construction industry).
Proficient in
MS Project
and
Excel
(knowledge of
AutoCAD
is an advantage).
Fluent in
Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
.
Possess own transport and able to attend site as required.
Familiarity with relevant
ISO standards
is preferred.

RM7,000 - RM8,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Incentives
