1. To set up, adjust, install, dismantle, and repair all machineries and vehicles at estates in timely manner. The machineries and vehicles are Sany Excavator, Komatsu Bulldozer, New Holland Ford, Kobelco Excavator, Komatsu Excavator, Caterpillar Excavator, Jinlu Gongnong Agriculture Tractor, Wolf Truck, Hitachi Excavator, JCB Backhoe Loader, Hyundai Long Arm Excavator, Nimota, Scrambler Motorcycle, Kubota Tractor, XCMG Excavator, ATV Bike, Badang Mechanical Buffalo & Wolf Hooklift. 2. Diagnose and troubleshot malfunctions machineries and vehicles effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide guidance on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle operators. 4. Effectively and efficiently lead the mechanic team in repair and maintenance works at estates. 5. Ordering parts for all machineries and vehicles according to the repair and maintenance requirements. 6. Ensure tidy, safety and healthy working environments of all workshops. 7. Ensure all tools and equipment at workshop are sufficient and well maintained. 8. Keep logs of work and report on issues. 9. To perform any ad-hoc duties as per requirements.
