Job Description

The incumbent will be expected to manage and coordinate all key medical deliverable to ensure the success of product compliance, medical communications and operational support while acting as the trusted primary consultant between external stakeholders and the organisation.

• Maintain a high level of technical expertise with medical and scienti\xef\xac\x81c literature to communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders while implementing medical education and excellence
• Effectively share scientific information and investigational findings with healthcare professionals and the scientific community
• Optimise resources to enhance solutions for better patient outcomes
• Execute training and development on current and emerging clinical data, practice and trends
• Generate business medical insights and formulate cross-functional strategies
• Analyse the market and formulate territory action plans to optimise results

• Study background: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree/PhD, preferably with major in Life Science, or Pharmacy. A Medical Doctor or a Registered Pharmacist would be preferred
• An established candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in medical affairs with strong track records
• Outstanding strategic planning with the ability to identify market processes and issues to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies
• Exceptional effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
