How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and coordinate MEP design and implementation across project phases to ensure timely and compliant delivery Conduct technical reviews and ensure MEP drawings meet local authority standards and project requirements Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and integration issues Supervise site works and monitor subcontractors' performance to maintain quality and safety standards Identify and manage risks related to MEP systems, proposing solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns Drive improvements in design coordination, constructability, and energy efficiency of MEP installations

What You Bring

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP design and coordination, with strong exposure to substation/building and infrastructure projects Deep understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and their integration Strong knowledge of local codes, industry standards, and authority submission requirements Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and familiarity with BIM processes Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and interfacing with clients Self-driven, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
