About the Department

About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

For our digital innovation and strong traditional support for SMEs, Business Banking has been recognized as Asia's Best Bank for SMEs at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2021 and Best SME in Singapore and Asia Pacific at The Asian Banker's Excellence in Retail Financial Services Awards 2021.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage content distribution schedule
• Creating content strategy documentation and assets. Plan how content will be managed, maintained and measured throughout the content lifecycle
• Create communication strategies to be leveraged through different activities and contact points within the bank
• Ability to draft marketing collaterals (eDM / SMS etc), technical copy and other business documentation for marketing purposes
• Acting as content steward, ensuring that marketing messages displayed on websites, apps, and all other platforms accurately reflect user needs and align to key campaigns objectives
• Work closely with web team, campaign manager, digital marketeers to contribute to and deliver on strategies
• Work with internal and external sources for content creation and adaptation

Job Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail or SME banking with cross-functional knowledge e.g. marketing, product, digital, analytics
• Experience or knowledge in service design, behavioural science and/or customer and business journeys a plus
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and to think, plan and execute resourcefully
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals
