Supervise and coordinate daily activities of third-party security guards.
Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and address security risks.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and report findings to management.
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, visitor logs, and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with company security protocols and local regulations.
Train and mentor third-party guards on company procedures and emergency response.
Support investigations related to theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
Recommend improvements to security systems and procedures.
Lead and assign tasks to third-party security guards.
Enforce company security policies and take corrective actions when violations occur.
Report directly to the EHS Manager or designated company officer.
Make decisions during emergencies to protect personnel and property.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial or corporate security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in managing third-party security teams is highly preferred.
Additional certifications in security management, emergency response, or law enforcement are an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.
