Role Responsibilities
This Job is responsible for processing and delivery of a sound, efficient, accurate and compliant processing environment to support the bank in maintenance of a perfect database of its customers RESPONSIBILITIES* Strategy*
  • Align to the Strategy and support the overall organisational goals
Business*
  • Support Business on all requirements within the agreed framework as per the operating documents
Processes*
  • Ensure a high level of Making
  • Act as a backup during absenteeism.
  • Ensure that the accuracy and timelines of processing is maintained to the highest standards as per the SLA and the first pass error rates Zero
  • Relevant DOIs are checked before processing a request, incase of any exception the same is rejected and reported.
  • Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy, KYC and Other Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manger
  • To comply the banks AML, KYC and all policies related to the group reputation risk
People & Talent *
  • Complete all mandatory and process training on time.
Risk Management*
  • Act as OR coordinator for the section
  • To adhere to the agreed KCSA plans and approach
  • To identify and report all exceptions on non compliance with standard controls
  • To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls
  • To maintain proper record keeping on all KCSA related activities
  • To maintain independence in the conduct of KCSA, i.e. not selecting and reviewing sample of self-performed transactions
Regulatory & Business Conduct *
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

QUALIFICATIONS* TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Should be a Graduate with good academic records
  • Wealth Product/process Knowledge would be an added advantage
