Job Description

Our company is Asia\'s leading distributor that specializes in providing specialty food and nutraceutical ingredient solutions for the food, beverage and healthcare industries. Headquartered in Singapore, we operate locally in 7 countries in the Southeast Asia region with over 20 years of experience. We represent reputable partners from around the world to deliver ingredient solutions that add value to our customers products. By drawing on our extensive ingredient portfolio, we also offer end-to-end finished product concept solutions for the healthcare market. We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive who will be handling Procurement of food ingredients.

For Sales:

• To be responsible for meeting coverage sales targets and agency lines sales targets assigned.
• To manage the product lines in terms of achieving the sales target, securing new business and monitoring monthly sales result.
• To formulate & implement relevant marketing strategies, assist to execute the marketing plan, prepare write-up, brochures and presentations related to nutritional data & facts for all the agency products.
• To attend meeting with Divisional Manager and/or Director to update on the operational matters and actively participate in the departments strategic planning activities.
• To entertain potential and regular customers to secure business and maintain rapport.
• To coordinate with administration and warehouse to ensure sufficient stocks and products delivered to customer on-time as per customers requirement.
• To follow up on payment.

For Operations (Procurement):

• To be responsible for the ongoing purchasing of materials, sourcing activities, operational activities and warehouse management.
• To source new suppliers, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management and continuous improvement for the company.
• To maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, quality issues, material supply, shipment and on time delivery schedule.
• To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports.
• To track and monitor the materials delivery plan to ensure continuous supply to production.
• To create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
