Company Description PichaEats is a social enterprise that empowers refugees in Malaysia to generate income as food entrepreneurs. Through training, individuals from the refugee community become skilled home chefs, while PichaEats provides a platform to offer their cuisine to households, events, corporations, and beyond, enabling them to earn a livelihood to support their family. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive at PichaEats located in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing data, and communicating with various stakeholders. They will also collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization. 1. Catering and Delivery Coordination: - Take charge of strategic planning and management of catering, delivery and events. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and the delivery of exceptional experiences for our clients. - Oversee all aspects of catering services, including logistics, resource allocation, and quality control. - Lead the daily operations of packing, cleaning, monitoring deliveries, routing, and driver assignments with operation team - Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet organizational objectives. 2. Inventory Management and Facilities Coordination: - Assume responsibility for inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient utilization of resources. - Coordinate cleaning and equipment maintenance activities, implementing best practices to uphold a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address inventory-related needs. 3. Crew & Runner Acquisition and Community Development: - Spearhead recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting manpower for our runner and catering crew teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure the ongoing professional growth and proficiency of crew. - Foster a strong sense of community within the crew and runner community, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, engagement, and high-performance standards. Qualifications Detail-oriented and organized High sense of ownership & responsibility Experience in events management or operations management Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving Excellent time management skills Knowledge of the food industry and catering services is a plus Growth mindset
