To fulfill this role, the Operations Executive will:
Manage and providing oversight on the day-to-day cross functional operations, such as quality assurance of essential business documents including proposals, services quotations and costing sheets, bookings reports, consulting project governance and progression trackers.
Liaise with finance as a business partner on relevant financial due diligence for the business unit.
Provide timely service delivery operational reporting and analysis to business unit head.
Ensure operational rigor and hygiene for all Malaysia and international consulting services operations, including resource movement, tracking and allocation, regulatory compliance liaison and reporting as well as client due diligence such as client audits and inspections where applicable.
Coordinate regional consulting services operations and business planning offices to drive operational excellence programs across the international business group.
Working with Team Leads, Consultants, Project Manager in providing Team\xe2\x80\x99s Project Plans and regular project status updates to Operations Manager | Senior Operations Manager
Provide administrative support for vendor management, raising of PR for departmental technology refreshes; asset management through the maintenance of departmental license renewals, certifications, and accreditations, performing vendor price comparisons and due diligence of quotations received
Execute process improvements, contributing to the development of operational policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of operations delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree | Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to deliver results under stressful and challenging conditions, e.g. to meet tight deadline and attending to impromptu emergencies request from consultants/management
