Responsibilities

Recruit & onboard high-quality anchors/ agencies through existing voice chat/live streaming apps and social platforms (including TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/Facebook and other overseas channels;
Implement regular training& management process for contacted anchors/agencies, including helping the anchors to actively broadcast with regular broadcasting schedules, daily pk tasks and events;
Response to hosts & agencies\' feedbacks and give solutions in a responsible and efficient way;
Monitor basic data result and feedback to Hosts/Agencies on a regular basis;
