Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and ensure production activities meet the quality standards, on time jobs completion and delivery deadline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide timely updates for production and quality reports to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the production data and trend from time to time in order to identify areas for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive all activities related to analysis and troubleshooting internal quality and operation problems with team and come up with corrective action plan to overcome such problem and to prevent a recurrence of product quality issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to plan and manage production schedule once job order received. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check on availability of raw material and coordinate the raw material orders with purchaser to ensure sufficient material on inventory and on-time delivery from supplier. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing guidance, training and motivation of subordinates to ensure they have the right skills and competency levels to perform their jobs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely monitor job progress status and ensure job orders are completed on time and according to production schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor inventory stock level including raw material, packaging materials and inventory control to avoid short supply for production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform stock count and prepare monthly stock inventory report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal departments, such as maintenance, QAQC, and purchasing to ensure the production process is efficient and effective \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement improvement to drive cost optimization, lean process improvement, safety and health and 5S methodology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with suppliers and consistently look for alternative for cost saving and quality improvement purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee overall operation expenses and budget for costs optimization and increase profits margin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor maintenance for machines and equipment to ensure in good working order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain quality control procedures and investigate on customer complaint issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to eliminate unexpected incidents and hazards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other duties that assigned by supervisor or management from time to time. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least 3 years of working experience in the food manufacturing field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess QC, HACCP and Quality Management knowledge in food manufacturing environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic, self-motivated, good team player and fast learner \xe2\x80\xa2 A proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people oriented, keen to motivate and effectively educate employees regarding all compliance related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good planning ability and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Great interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
