Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective collaboration with Sales and Planning departments Distribution Centers and Supply Chain to enable the optimization of order fulfillment.
• Manage daily order management operations. Manage product information required for shipping (weight/dims, transportation details, customer request/dock date)
• Provide product configuration and customer\'s logistics guidance to Factory.
• Work cross functionally to implement order management process improvements, through system enhancements and best practice.
• Manage export control and compliance. Coordinate export data such as Tariff Codes, HTS (Harmonized Codes), COO (Country of Orgin), ECCN to orders for shipping.
• Lead kitting, shipping and customer RMAs
• Recommend solutions to minimize the impact of escalated, long-term availability constraints.

• Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Over 10 years relevant experience with Logistics and Order Management system. Preference is given to candidate with global Logistics and procurement experience.
• Preferably able to speak and read Mandarin to liaise with China counterpart.
• Must have ability to work under minimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to establish personal priorities, plan workload and establish commitments for task completion.
• Ability to work in a fast environment and multitask is necessary.
• Must be accomplished \xe2\x80\x9clead-by-example\xe2\x80\x9d tactical change agent with strong interpersonal skills.
