The Senior OTC Specialist (Japanese Speaker) will play a pivotal role in managing the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the retail industry. This position is based in Bangsar and requires fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and issues.
• Monitor and update order status, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Support customer inquiries and provide resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking.
• Communicate effectively in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall OTC workflow.

A successful Senior OTC Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• Fluency in Japanese (min of JLPT N2 and above preferred), both written and spoken, along with proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in OTC, order management, supply chain, or related fields is required
• Experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management processes.
• An understanding of the retail industry and its order management practices.
