Our Regional Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Payroll Associate to join a critical part of our operations, ensuring payroll administration support for the market and based ideally at foodpanda Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day payroll operation including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment calculation, sales incentive payout checking in APAC region
• Partner with other teams to ensure payment processing is performed accurately and on a timely basis
• Maintain and verify payment data in payroll system
• Answer general enquiries on payment calculation
• Prepare payout analysis reports for internal use
• Assist Finance Department in ad hoc activities if required

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 year of experience in performing payroll functions in MNC, F&B, retail or logistics industries
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources or equivalent
• Willing to learn and have a basic understanding in payroll/ payment calculation in Hong Kong & other APAC countries
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting and project administration, experience in using HRIS is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Basic understanding of Cantonese is preferred
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
