We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Payroll Officer based in our Tricor Business Services Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers great coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to clients\' payroll processing and account
  • Perform a variety of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments; and processing new hires and terminations
  • Update and maintain clients\' employees\' records in the system e.g. basic salary, positions, transfers, promotions and personal details
  • Timely review and sign off on all required payroll and state tax reconciliations
  • Monthly reporting and cash flow on billings and collections
  • Ensure timely submission and cash flow on billings and collection
  • Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory remittance e.g. EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
  • Ensure payroll reports are accurate and disbursed to clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with the federal, state, and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines
  • Maintain an orderly database and filing system
  • Ensure documents and reports are filled in an orderly and timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of checking and reporting back and initiate action where necessary
Key requirements:
  • Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll processing. Added advantage for experiences in outsourcing environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, processes and Malaysia payroll statutory regulatory requirement.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge on MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Has attention to details.
  • Good time management and is a deadline drive person
