JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign. -Plan, coordinate and implementing sales and online/offline marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company\'s products and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the company. -Assisting and participating in company\xe2\x80\x99s program, events, exhibition, etc. -Research and develop marketing strategy and evaluate success strategy. -Plan, prepare and execute all marketing collateral, project videos, scale models, online marketing, and social media materials & channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) -Responsible to manage, maintain and curate contents according to brand guidelines. Able to drive leads to support overall Marketing and E-comm channels via various effective, interesting, and creative digital campaigns to drive sales and consumer engagements. -Work with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders / bloggers, and online media to build an active branding network and to improve media relationship and gain coverage. -Responsible for crafting, proofreading and editing written materials for website content, product packaging page, user manual, social media engagement posts, press releases, campaign copies, newsletters, EDMs, sales kits & brochures. -Support various accounts team to implement communication and PR programmes for myFirst -Undertake research and/or analysis relevant to the myFirst business, industries or competitors -Undertake relationship building initiatives with media and various stakeholders (i.e; client, partners, etc) -Draft sound, credible documents such as media invites, press releases, corporate backgrounders, media coverage reports and other communications materials -Stay updated on current marketing trends, social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and community contacts to optimize channels -Be responsible to create professional, actionable client-facing communications, status reports, campaign summary reports and general account activity reports -Provide continuous constructive feedback, and keep immediate supervisors briefed on team member performance ensuring recognition of good performance and resolution of concerns in a timely manner. -Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Have strong verbal and written communication skills to support the senior team to develop quality materials such as press releases, messages etc. -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Public Relation / Marketing / Advertising / Art & Media / Mass Media. -Candidate who has experience in Kid Tech, family or toy marketing will have advantage. -Candidate who has experience dealing with local and overseas KOL/influencer will have advantage. -Advanced in English, both written & verbal -At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position -Computer literate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, & Excel), Basic understanding with WordPress, HTML -Outgoing personality with a good attitude, organized, meticulous with good cognitive thinking skills -Ability to speak in public appearances. -Able to work occasionally beyond office hours during events and key campaigns -Good to have soft skills such as a good art sense (to decide which photos are more appealing to customers)
